CAMPAIGN DEMANDING THE IMMEDIATE RELEASE OF THE 5 ANARCHISTS FROM BARCELONA IMPRISONED IN SOTO DE REAL PRISON

On 15th May were arrested at their homes, in the province of Barcelona, Yolanda, Silvia, Juan, Xabier and José by order of the Spanish National Court in a police operation that resulted also in the smashing and seizure of material from Catalan anarchists premises.

Accused of committing crimes of membership of a terrorist group , praising terrorism, recruitment and indoctrination and storage of explosive substances, they are currently remanded in  prison in Soto del Real (Madrid) far away from their family and friends, under third grade imprisonment.

The details of these allegations are: The alleged involvement of these five anarchists on Facebook pages (Bandera Negra and Front Solidari de Barcelona among others) that the state and regional police forces consider to be “terrorist gangs”-despite did not demonstrating any activity outside the networks -; their attendance at demonstrations in which there have been incidents and dissemination of opinions “that have aimed to disseminate subversive ideas and to incite and / or commit crimes against State and capitalist interests “(Writ of 17/05/2013).

Moreover, the prosecution believes that the material seized in their homes reinforces these accusations: Flags and shirts with anarchist iconography, libertarian philosophy books, gasoline from the garage, screws of various kinds, Valencian firecrackers and rockets whose marketing is legal.

In connection with these events, from this platform for the  release of the five anarchists arrested in Barcelona, ​​whose purpose is the dissemination and reporting of the unjust situation in which they find themselves, we here declare:

1. That, taking into account the “evidence” on which they are based, such charges are ridiculously disproportionate and extremely unfair, which demonstrates once again the lack of validity of the current political system, the imperious will of the repressing ruling class the  deeply fascist DNA of the Spanish state and the latent lack of political independence of our judicial system.

2. That the fact that despite accusing them of  such crimes they are not charged under the normal anti-terrorism law or processed with the usual procedure in such cases reveals the judicial circus that our colleagues are involved in and the lack of serious evidence that would lead anyone with common sense to think that they are terrorists.

3. That his arrest and continued detention clearly reflects a desire repressive and ideological persecution to those who reject the current political regime, which is absolutely unacceptable and unjustifiable.

For all these reasons we DEMAND THE IMMEDIATE RELEASE OF ANARCHIST FIVE OF BARCELONA and appeal to the solidarity of all those who, like them, reject the unjust economic system, political and social setup. That is why we ask for your help and support to publicise the situation of Yolanda, Juan Silvia, José and Xavier, till there’s no one is left who hasn’t heard of the vicious of political, media and police  frame-up they have been victims of.

We want them back, our comrades, friends, parents. We want them home free, with us.

El pasado día 15 mayo fueron detenidos en sus casas, en la provincia de Barcelona, Yolanda, Silvia, Juan, Xabier y José por orden de la Audiencia Nacional española, en un operación policial que tuvo como consecuencia, además, el registro, destrozo e incautación de material de varias sedes anarquistas catalanas.

Acusados de incurrir en los delitos de pertenencia a grupo terrorista, enaltecimiento del terrorismo, captación y adoctrinamiento y depósito de sustancias explosivas, se les ha impuesto prisión preventiva que actualmente cumplen en el penitenciario Soto del Real (Madrid) lejos de sus familiares y amigos, bajo fíes de tercer grado.

Los hechos a los que responden tales acusaciones son: La supuesta participación de estos cinco anarquistas en páginas de Facebook (Bandera Negra y Front Solidari de Barcelona, entre otras) que la fiscalía y los cuerpos de policía autonómica consideran “bandas terroristas” –pese a no poder demostrarse su actividad fuera de las redes –; su asistencia a manifestaciones en las que se han producido incidentes y la difusión de opiniones “que han tenido como fin el de difundir el ideario subversivo, para incitar y/o cometer hechos delictivos contra el Estado y los intereses capitalistas” (Auto judicial del 17/5/2013).

Por otra parte la fiscalía considera que el material incautado en sus hogares refuerza estas acusaciones: Banderas y camisetas con iconografía anarquista, libros de filosofía libertaria, gasolina en el garaje, tornillos de diversas clases, tracas valencianas y cohetes cuya comercialización es legal.

En relación con estos hechos desde esta plataforma por la liberación de los cinco anarquistas detenidos en Barcelona, cuyo propósito es la difusión y denuncia de la situación injusta en la que se encuentran, manifiestamos:

1. Que, teniendo en cuenta las “pruebas” en las que se basan, tales acusaciones resultan desproporcionadas hasta llegar a lo ridículo y tremendamente injustas, lo que pone en evidencia una vez más la poca validez del sistema político actual, la imperiosa voluntad represora de la clase dominante, el ADN profundamente fascista del Estado Español y la latente carencia de independencia política de nuestro sistema judicial.

2. Que, el hecho de que pese a incriminárseles tales delitos no se les haya aplicado la ley antiterrorista ni se haya seguido el procedimiento habitual en estos casos, pone de manifiesto el circo judicial en que nuestros compañeros están inmersos y la carencia de pruebas serias que induzcan al sentido común a pensar que se trata de terroristas.

3. Que su detención y permanencia en prisión responde a una voluntad claramente represora y de persecución ideológica a aquellos que rechazan el régimen político actual, algo absolutamente inadmisible e injustificable.

Por todo esto EXIGIMOS LA INMEDIATA PUESTA EN LIBERTAD DE LOS CINCO ANARQUISTAS DE BARCELONA y apelamos a la solidaridad de todos aquellos que, al igual que ellos, rechazan el injusto sistema económico, político y social establecido. Es por ello que pedimos vuestra ayuda y apoyo para difundir la situación de Yolanda, Juan, Silvia, José y Xabier, que no quede nadie que no sepa del burdo montaje político, mediático y policial del que han sido víctimas.

Queremos de vuelta a nuestros compañeros, amigos, padres y madres. Los queremos libres y en casa, junto a los suyos.

Barcelona: 32 flats Occupied for Evicted Mortgage Victims

The Spanish debt spiral is still climbing. All social services are being destroyed or sold off to help pay the interest on gigantic grants to save the Banks after the collapse of their capitalist scams.  But the debt keeps rising.

With evictions still running near 500 a day and popular anti-eviction laws rejected by the government, community groups are beginning mass occupations.

Freedom NOW for the Black Flag ”Facebook Terrorists”

The 5 anarchists arrested Wed 15th  have been imprisoned without bail. They appeared in Madrid court on ‘promoting terrorism’ and other charges, that is, just saying things in favour of ETA separatists on their Facebook identities pages. According to the police on Facebook they are ”Kete Follen, Pakete Bomba, Cadenas Libertarias, Eskupe Metralla and Indio Apache Barcelona”.

Of these we only found Eskupe Metralla still up, this page seems  like 1000′s of other radical young anarchists,  supporting animal rights, prisoners, punk bands, occupy, anti-fascist action etc… Perhaps thism is another police ‘mistake’. We saw no threats to politicians  or royals in his/her 1370 great photos, some do advocate violence, but were put on her/his wall by others, so the crime would be ‘not deleting a criminal photo  from your Facebook timeline’… Eskupe has not posted since Wednesday when the arrests took place.

A man has appeared hanged inside his house in Barcelona when he was going to be evicted, as reported by the Mossos d’Esquadra. To carry on in the number of silent genocide victims that state terrorism is leading to the population.

Some 500 trade unionists called out by the SAT agriculture Trade Union and the ‘Critical Block’ have occupied this morning the farm “The Turquillas”, owned by the Ministry of Defence. These lands could provide many jobs and alleviate social emergency that exists in the area …

The estate of 1,200 ha. is dedicated to horse breeding and  houses the Military Stud occupying only 20 ha. in a region with over 40% unemployment. These lands could provide many jobs and alleviate the social emergency that exists in the area. It is for this reason that the occupation of The Turquillas has become a historical demand since it has been occupied on numerous occasions.

However, it was last year when the occupation went from symbolic  to semi permanent lasting 18 days and the occupiers were preparing the land for tillage. After that eviction, the SAT announced tey would occupy the farm again with ‘ active nonviolence’. And today it happened.

Furthermore, in Seville city thousands of workers joined the demo of ‘critical block’ platform under the slogan “The fight is in the street”, which the SAT supports. The rally started from the Ministry of Social Welfare, where a new streets camp of nthe ‘Occupy’ 15M movem,ent was set up, and  ended at the  CSOA , Occupied Anarchist Social Center, “La Solea”.

In Lebrija a hundred trade unionists have turned up walking about 10 km. to the farm “Valdeojo”.

In Jaen 400 unionists have occupied the farm “La Rueda” but the part of the march was prevented by the police from entering.  In assembly has decided to leave the farm and come back tomorrow to occupy it again.

In Granada, between 1500 and 2000 people have attended the deminstration of Critical Block, which, besides the presence of the SAT, had the support of CGT, COBAS, USTEA, Stop Evictions Coordinator against the repression of Granada, and other city groups .

El SAT vuelve a ocupar la finca de Las Turquillas

Unos 500 sindicalistas convocados por el SAT y el ‘Bloque Crítico’ han ocupado esta mañana la Finca “Las Turquillas”, propiedad del Ministerio de Defensa. Esas tierras podrían dar muchos puestos de trabajo y aliviar la situación de emergencia social que se vive en la zona…

Unos 500 sindicalistas convocados por el SAT y el ‘Bloque Crítico’ han ocupado esta mañana la Finca “Las Turquillas”, propiedad del Ministerio de Defensa. La finca de 1.200 ha. está dedicada a la cría caballar y allí se aloja la Yeguada Militar que ocupa sólo 20 ha. en una comarca con más del 40% de desempleo. Esas tierras podrían dar muchos puestos de trabajo y aliviar la situación de emergencia social que se vive en la zona. Es por ello por lo que la ocupación de Las Turquillas se ha convertido en una demanda histórica puesto que ya se ha ocupado en numerosas ocasiones. Sin embargo, fue el año pasado cuando la ocupación pasó de simbólica a permanente y durante 18 días los sindicalistas estuvieron preparando los terrenos para labrar la tierra. Tras su desalojo, el SAT anunció que volvería a ocupar la finca desde la no violencia activa. Y hoy ha ocurrido.

Además, en Sevilla capital miles de trabajadores y trabajadoras han acudido a la convocatoria del ‘bloque crítico’ y de la plataforma “La lucha está en la calle”, en las que participa el SAT. La manifestación partió de la Consejería de Bienestar Social donde se desarrollaba una acampada del 15M y concluía en el CSOA “La Soleá”.

En Lebrija un centenar de de sindicalistas se han dirigido en marcha recorriendo unos 10 km. hacia la finca “Valdeojo”.

En Jaén unos 400 sindicalistas han ocupado la finca “La Rueda” pero el dispositivo policial impidió que parte de la marcha pudiera entrar. En asamblea se ha decidido salir de la finca y volver mañana a ocuparla.

En Granada, entre 1500 y 2000 personas han secundando la manifestación del Bloque Crítico, que, además de con la presencia del SAT, contaba con el apoyo de CGT, COBAS, USTEA, Stop Desahucios, Coordinadora contra la represión de Granada, y otros colectivos de la ciudad.

On April 7th, Spanish youngsters living all around the world followed the mobilization call  of the Spanish collective  Juventud sin Futuro  ( Youth without a future see NL#16, 3 ). The main demo was in Madrid, where thousands of people took to the streets. Solidarity demos and concentrations happened in more than 30 cities all around the world

When do we we vanish?
Now we understand, that veteran, with glasses and gray hair, who first glanced at the fire and then threw on cartons to stir it up: he was an anti-systemite!
And how about those adolescents who parked their bikes and helped break the windows of the museum Diocesiá (the fraudsters and abusers). They were anti system too.

The wounded police agent has has been transferred to Hospital but his condition is favorable. The animal was eventually murdered a few steets away.

Integral Revolution Coop takes off in Barcelona

At least 1,200 Catalans manage themselves with their own ”money”, education and health , they do not use the euro but  ecos, a “free money” that can be exchanged for hours of work or products..

They have organized a network of health care, education and access to housing, based on trust among  members.
They are expanding to the rest of the peninsula. in France and Italy similar experiences have been initiated.
They have a currency of its own, a self-managed health care system, an educational network and housing office. They are self-managed cooperatives and self-organization, groups of people living outside the system,  and make decisions in open assemblies based on trust organization. In Catalonia, there are already 1,200 citizens who have chosen this way of life and the implementation of these communities is spreading. The crisis and the 15M indignados movement has given it wings.

He argues in an open letter addressed to the court, which states that he will not accept any decision in which he can not participate because he believes in a method of conflict management where all affected can participate.

He has presented a proposal for a reciprocal benefit society,  a new collective project: RADIUS (Revolution, Action, disobedience, Integral) to protect the revolution and prevent any more comprehensive disobedient activist having to go to jail. Radius is to create an organizational structure to protect the physical integrity of persons activists committed to transforming society, Integral Revolution and freedom of expression, for all those being persecuted by repressive and judicial structures of the State and economic power and who want the option to disobedience and personal protection.  read more HERE

Enric presented  again a request for more time which was apparently refused..VERY fishy business with his lawyer.

The trial began but Enris DID NOT APPEAR-

Reading of Enric Duran’s ‘disobedience manifesto’ outside court he didn’t attend and was declared an outlaw

he issued a statement saying ”disobedience is the only way I can be sure of getting my rights” and called for general disobedience and integral horizontal revolution.

The prosecution called for his immediate capture and arrest.
