Act Five Chapter fifty
All my nerves were screaming -‘You can’t fly.
It took me a few minutes, I mean, I was deep down in the depths of the deepest depression.
I couldn’t quite snap back into normal life. I just held onto Macker and cried and closed my eyes. Continue reading →
Chapter forty four
-‘Have you ever heard of Shari Paba?’-
-‘Hey, hey Tessa, leave my friend in peace.’- said Duna. -‘You found us finally now just forget it.’-
-‘Your friend! This useless pile of pus and pigshit!’- She was pointing at the disheveled Damo. -‘How could you choose this for your friend!?’-
-‘Shut your fat mouth you stupid… .’- Continue reading →
Act Three Chapter thirty two
Smash the Prison Gates
-‘Also I’m thinking Maxie wants to suicide..’-
If I live long enough I can tell my grandkids I missed the Revolution because I was at home babysitting Moonbeam.
As if a revolution happens just like that. But it was a watershed, the army being openly humiliated instead of destroying our goods depots, and the soldiers coming over that evening.
Act two Chapter Sixteen
Spot A ‘Shit-On’
-‘For this I come to see the horse’s mouth.’-
Course I remember, we showed them our shit-on routine..
It was just after Macker arrived. Continue reading →
Nantes, France: Call for reoccupation demonstration on 17/11 in the ZAD, where the fight against repressive forces is still raging
To the developers, the ZAD is merely a ‘deferred development zone’ since decades. To fighters, this is a zone to be defended (Zone À Défendre). Either way, the space is located in the countryside north of Nantes, in France. According to the Power, it should make way for industrialist plans, and particularly an international airport of Notre-Dame-des-Landes. The particular mega-project is in the hands of the multinational corporation Vinci, which also provides other ‘services’ worldwide, such as prison facilitiestoll highways, nuclear power stations, and so forth. Runnymede Eco-Village is situated in the disused woodland of the ex-Brunel university Runnymede Campus owned by the private property developer: Orchid Runnymede.
We: a group of 15 people, have been living on the Runnymede Campus since June 15th. The 65 acre campus lies in the Green Belt (although it is designated as a major development site) but since 2007 has lain largely unused.
Orchid Runnymede has been granted planning permission to build ‘luxury homes’, elderly care units and student accommodation on the site. This plan has attracted concern and criticism from local residents (see this local news article from last year) Continue reading →
In recent months, the impact on our lives of the so-called crisis has intensified and politicians show no will or capacity to act upon it. So, we are building our own politics, we are taking the initiative, revealing what is behind the debt mechanism that sustains this big scam they call crisis. We declare that:
Debt is neither public or legitimate.
The debt crisis, which only started to affect Continue reading →
Final Update Oct 30th. the General Strike call for tomorrow will go ahead as a ‘Day Of Struggle’ with direct actions in Catalunya, plus pickets, a partial transport strike, and a demo in the evening. This is an alternative and building resistance. It’s also been backed by the CNT anarcho syndicalist union, (which is quite small as it refuses to cooperate with the State.) Of course these anarchist unions also support the Nov 14th South Europe General Strike!
Update Oct 24th.. Finally the ‘majority’ Unions have called a General Strike for Nov 14th. But the CGT are going ahead with theirs anyway.. let’s see if it works!!
(summary translated by The Free). The big sold out Unions have so far failed to back the Anarchist call but are pressured to do so. All the Unions missed the chance to strike on Sept 26th with Euskadi and Greece and link with Occupy Congress..
CGT GENERAL STRIKE CALLED for OCTOBER 31
…..More and more workers in the unemployment line, according to just released by the Ministry of Employment and Social Security with the September data in hand. There are 79,645 new people, an increase of 1.72% compared to the end of August, which reached a staggering 4.7 million registered unemployed in INEM offices, while membership in the Social Security descends by 86,174 people….
If to this we add the precarious labor precariousness of basic rights such as education and health-victims of savage cuts, alongside the dismantling and privatization of basic public services, the picture becomes bleak, and should be considered as a real provocation and insult to our dignity….. What’s really happening in Greece, how nationalist Fascism is being used again in Europe, and how it might be stopped with solidarity.
Summer 2012, a report from Greece
1. Arrival in Thessaloniki. It is July 5 and I just have arrived in Thessaloniki full of questions concerning the political situation in Greece. My trusted and knowledgeable friend meets me at the airport. In response to my impatient questions he immediately begins the tale of what happened in Greece and in Thessaloniki in particular over the last year, as he drives us into the city. Continue reading →
Statement by members of The Alternative – Alternative Red and Green in La Mancha … July 27, 2012
The crisis not only continues but deepens, it becomes worse every day. And there is no escape from capitalism, because this system is in terminal crisis. Just look how governments (all, then and now) do not know what to do, how they lie every day saying that in a few months or years we will see how the cycle changes . But all we’ve seen is sinking living conditions, and the consequences paid by the vast majority. Our lives deteriorate and we lose the social gains that cost us so many struggles. And which we paid for with our work and our taxes, because power has given us nothing. Continue reading →
The platform ‘Usuaris Treballadors’ asserts that eight police vans were stationed at National Headquarters Bankia to the massive response iniative # Cerramosbankia. Hundreds of people have responded to the call. That has not pleased the state which has sent its minions.
This Platform further states that police officers stationed there are asking for the ID card to all citizens who want to close their account at Bankia. So who Defends the democratic state?.

It’s the spring of 2014 and the US federal government stands on the brink of fiscal collapse.
The combination of out-of-control spending and an inability to collect revenue due to the rise of untraceable, anonymous virtual currencies has led to spiralling hyperinflation with no end in sight. With entitlement and welfare programs now consuming 20% of GDP alone while tax revenue is a scant 9% of GDP, and huge numbers of transactions completed using untraceable virtual currencies, the size of the underground black market economy is nearing 50% of the total economy.
While this kind of a fiscal nightmare has been decades in the making, its collapse was accelerated ahead of anyone’s imagination by the Bitcoin project….
