“What we have is the tip of the iceberg. And in fact we have documents now in our possession, several hundreds documents, that have not been declassified and some of those are explosive,” said US lawyer Robert Kennedy Jr, adding
“And many of them are pertinent to what Monsanto did here in Europe. And that’s just the beginning.” Continue reading “Bayer Beware: Lawyers Claim To Have “Explosive” Monsanto Documents”

Court orders Monsanto to pay $289m in damages over herbicide cancer case
by Jon Rappoport A San Francisco lawsuit against Monsanto and its weedkiller, Roundup, is moving forward. And it’s just received a new green light from the judge in the case.
Monsanto’s lawyers are bracing for a deep level of attack, which they were hoping to avoid. The judge has ruled the jury can hear testimony on this issue: Monsanto suppressed evidence that Roundup causes cancer.
Reporter Carey Gillam has the story (The Guardian, 5/22): “At the age of 46, DeWayne Johnson is not ready to die. But with cancer spread through most of his body, doctors say he probably has just months to live. Now Johnson, a husband and father of three in California, hopes to survive long enough to make Monsanto take the blame for his fate.” Continue reading “Breakthrough as Explosive Lawsuit claims Monsanto hid Cancer Danger of Roundup”
…..This post intends to share my love for both anarchism and permaculture and why the relationship between them keeps me up at night.
Anarchism and Permaculture
I joined the Anarchist Federation and the Anarchist Youth Network as a young teenager (circa 13-14 years old). While a lot of people have a jaunt at socialism or the Green Party and other escapades and find themselves radicalised by increasing dissolution with liberal ideas, I found I dove into the deep end.
And so began a lifelong love affair with ideas and action that questioned the legitimacy and role of a state, the capitalist economic system and all other forms of intersecting oppression, like racism, sexism and human supremacy.

..”First let’s rewind a bit: to the days when Monsanto Corporation started out as the maker of killer poisons like DDT, PCBs, and Agent Orange.
From 1961 to 1971, the US dropped 21 million gallons of defoliants over large swathes of Vietnam, of which 12 million gallons were Agent Orange – a herbicide manufactured for the US Department of Defense primarily by Monsanto Corporation and Dow Chemical.
Its name derives from the colour of the orange-striped barrels in which it was shipped. There were other colours in the ‘rainbow herbicides’, but Agent Orange was by far the most widely used.
The use of Agent Orange was an experimental form of chemical and biological warfare, designed to strip foliage and deny the enemy jungle cover – and to deprive enemy forces of their food supply (directly spraying rice-fields, for instance). Experimental in this instance meaning no idea of the long-term effects of this deadly herbicide, which can release dioxin – one of the most potent toxins known to mankind.
According to the post-war Vietnamese government, 4.8 million Vietnamese people were exposed to Agent Orange, resulting in 400,000 deaths and disabilities, and 500,000 children born with birth defects.
And now, five decades later, with the cooperation of the US government, Monsanto is knocking on Vietnam’s door with another potentially carcinogenic herbicide: Roundup. GMO seeds are considered dangerous not only because they are modified, but also because they are designed to work with the chemical herbicide Roundup, Monsanto’s market-leading glyphosate brand.
The build-up of glyphosate in crops is suspected as a leading cause of a spike in cases of autism, cancer, and long-term illnesses in America. Not to mention a possible link with bee colony die-offs. The use of Roundup is highly controversial and it has already been banned in a number of countries around the globe”.

What we will Force Fed with the CETA treaty
10 Nov 17 | | LEER ORIGINAL EN CASTELLANO AQUI by Esther Vivas – Scientific Council of ATTAC Spain
The news does not occupy big headlines, but its impact on our daily lives is important; it will end up deciding what we eat.
The controversial trade agreement between the European Union and Canada, better known by its acronym in English CETA, is already being applied provisionally throughout the continent.
Meat treated with hormones and growth promoters, food colors prohibited so far or transgenic apples and salmon are some of the controversial foods that it brings us. Continue reading “Transgenic Salmon, Beef, Pork, Apples.. made Legal by CETA in Spain without Labels”
”Famously corrupt and unscrupulous, Monsanto Corporation has now been caught covering up for 44 years the ultra toxic effects of the secret additives in combination with glyphosate in Roundup, the world’s most-used herbicide, making it up to 2000 times more toxic.
The IARC, an agency of the World Health Organization, released a report in March, 2015 that declared the chemical glyphosate to be probably carcinogenic to humans, even without the additives that are up to 2000 times more toxic. They were not provided with tests that include the effects of glyphosate combined with specific trade secret additives. Monsanto is desperate to hide the true carcinogens in its Roundup weed-killer .
The truth is finally coming out even as the Trump regime muzzles and closes down sections of the already compromised Environmental Protection Agency (EPA which has never analyzed the secret additives in 44 years”
Of course plenty of scientific studies must have shown those carcinogenic properties even before Roundup was legalized for use in 1974. Monsanto have been cynically and criminally buying their way out of problems for generations to scoop gigantic profits. Like Climate Change any curious person could have guessed that all along. Monsanto KNEW”.
Glyphosate is the largest component of Monsanto Roundup, the world’s largest weed-killer and the toxin mandated in every Monsanto Genetically Manipulated (GMO) planting. But what Monsanto refuses to disclose is what additives it uses, otherwise termed surfactants or adjuvants, ostensibly to give the glyphosate a “turbo” weed-killer effectiveness boost.
‘It is also now widely used as a desiccant on all kinds of non-GMO crops, especially oats, to kill the crop and weeds before harvest,. This now ‘necessary’ technique increases profits but contaminates our food at levels ”acceptable” to the industry.
Contaminated with glyphosate and these ultra toxic additives previously and illegally never publicly examined during Roundup’s 44 year history. Extrapolating from the now public toxicity levels over four decades Monsanto’s Roundup is almost certainly certainly the cause of millions of agonizing deaths and illnesses worldwide”.
This now rivals or exceeds their crime against humanity in producing, at immense profits, the Agent Orange which was blanket sprayed over Asian countries by the US military from 1964 to 1969.
10 Products Linked To Cancer That Are Hiding In Almost Every Home
Do you ever walk through someone’s home and take note of items that could potentially be hazardous to their health? I know I do! I don’t mean to judge, but I can’t help but notice when people have fluoride-filled toothpaste sitting on their bathroom counters or chemical-ridden cleaners hiding in their cabinets. But, what if some of these items are sitting in your own home?
Most people have toxic products linked to cancer in every corner of their homes, often without even realizing it. It’s not like the labels of these products all have a huge warning sign that reads, “I can cause cancer!”
Nevertheless, whether people knowingly purchase these cancer-causing products or not, we need to educate one another on their potential harmful effects.
The following list highlights some of the most popular products found in North American homes that are linked to cancer:
One of the most common items hiding in most people’s homes are chemical-ridden hair products, particularly shampoos and conditioners. Some of the typical chemicals within conventional shampoos include sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), parfum/fragrance, parabens, synthetic colours, and more.
Parabens are a known carcinogen, as they’re directly associated with different types of cancer; for example, one study found that 99% of breast cancer tissues tested had parabens in them. Some common ingredients in parfum/synthetic fragrances are benzene derivatives, aldehydes, phthalates, and many other toxins associated with cancer, birth defects, nervous-system disorders, and allergies. BLYTHEVILLE, ARK. — Clay Mayes slams on the brakes of his Chevy Silverado and jumps out with the engine running, yelling at a dogwood by the side of the dirt road as if it had said something insulting.
Its leaves curl downward and in on themselves like tiny, broken umbrellas. It’s the telltale mark of inadvertent exposure to a controversial herbicide called dicamba.
“This is crazy. Crazy!” shouts Mayes, a farm manager, gesticulating toward the shriveled canopy off Highway 61. “I just think if this keeps going on . . .”
“Everything’ll be dead,” says Brian Smith, his passenger.
The damage here in northeast Arkansas and across the Midwest — sickly soybeans, trees and other crops — has become emblematic of a deepening crisis in American agriculture.
Farmers are locked in an arms race between ever-stronger weeds and ever-stronger weed killers.
The dicamba system, approved for use for the first time this spring, was supposed to break the cycle and guarantee weed control in soybeans and cotton. The herbicide — used in combination with a genetically modified dicamba-resistant soybean — promises better control of unwanted plants such as pigweed, which has become resistant to common weed killers.
The problem, farmers and weed scientists say, is that dicamba has drifted from the fields where it was sprayed, damaging millions of acres of unprotected soybeans and other crops in what some are calling a man-made disaster. Critics say that the herbicide was approved by federal officials without enough data, particularly on the critical question of whether it could drift off target.
Government officials and manufacturers Monsanto and BASF deny the charge, saying the system worked as Congress designed it. Continue reading “American Ecocide: Dicamba mega toxic Herbicide escapes Control”
